Great way to learn a lot of skills that anyone can use and plenty of opportunity to move higher in the company by promoting from within. having the ability to be able to develop CSR/management relations while following company policies.Long hours. Hard work. And your always kept busy. It's not terrible, just a lot of areas that are a work in progress as with any company. It requires dedition and heart. Has the potential to be a great career.

You have to deal with a lot of call offs from csrs which leads to long hours, but once you have the right team and people in place, it's Not that bad.
