Pros

opportunities to advance in the company flexability with hours understanding management mixture of customer service and physical activities such as stocking cigarettes/cleaning pumps

Cons

company hires at part time only company runs on skeleton crew, making it difficult to care for customers and complete any tasks required by the company all management is on 1st shift and part of 2nd shift

Weekly Pay Friendly Great co-workers Easy enough job (If you know what you are doing) Bonuses

Cons

Have to work on the holidays (Although that is understandable, just wish I didn't have to work on mother's day) You say flexible hours, yet it's not really. I've had the same problem since I began with scheduling during the times that I have unavailable. Issues with shift leads leaving the store for hours at a time. Issues with not enough workers to cover hours when people call off. I've had to do a few double shifts because of this reason.
