Pros

stay busy, relaxed work atmosphere, customer engagement, good bonuses for management, constantly learning new sales and expenses techniques to help in the store growth, access to profit and loss statements to pin point areas to grow and cut for maximum margins.

Cons

massive work load, not enough hours available, no breaks, no time to sit down, even for just a few minutes, ,"The customer is always right" standpoint, even when enforcing company policies such as tobacco sales or fuel services.

Pros

Depends on the manager, but I found my mangers to be pretty hands off, I often finished all the chores in the first couple hours.

Cons

It's a tough job, the people are not always pleasant, and you will eventually see something during a late night shift that will terrify you.
