Pros

Money is descent, bonus are good! Great people who work with you! Team work. Always training and development my team to make us all better. Most customers are great to assist. Depends on store attitude on how your customers are.

Cons

I am a believer that experience is worth much more than a collage education. To promote up the ladder past store manager, you pretty much have to be in collage or have a degree. Working 50+ hours and having a family when do you have time for that without store or family suffering?

Pros

I've worked for the company for just over three years and was moved up pretty quickly. I started as a part time customer service representative and now I'm a store manager. I have managed two different stores now for just over two years and the people (employees and customers) are some of the most diverse yet similar that I have ever worked around. The day to day present their own challenges but that is truly part of the excitement! There are very rarely two days alike and that is what I enjoy about the job.

Cons

The only thing that I can say that is a con is that when hiring new people, it can be difficult to train them properly and ready to work along side the employees that have been there awhile. Most people come along just fine but every now and then the turnover rate spikes.
