Pros

Consistent work hours, respectable pay, theres a respectable benefits package but other than that you have to really want the job to stay

Cons

They will literally find any reason to let you go an not pay unemployment if they dont like you in fact manager bonuses are affected if you do collect i was forced to go to court over it.

Pros

I worked 3rd shift. Easy job all things considering. Great customers who understood what a 3rd shifter could do. Nobody there to breathe down your neck and looking for something you might have done wrong.

Cons

Very low pay. Hated to work with you if you had medical problems. Make you feel worthless if your Doctor made you take time off for any reason. Would work with you on your schedule if it was convenient for them. Left the 3rd shifters to do all the work that the other two shifts was suppose to do.

Pros

Decent Salary Most district managers are helpful Valuable experience, stores do far more business than one would expect

Cons

Went through 6 DMs in the course of 8 months, little consistency Stores are very understaffed As a store manager you receive vacation time, but very often there is no way to take it
