Pros

Customers are loyal. Pay is above average as well as benefits. Company has a good reputation at least in the community where I worked.

Cons

Communication needs to improve from upper management and recognition of the long hours store managers put in would be helpful.

Pros

The pay is decent for someone is just graduating or does not have a college degree. I grossed a little over $600.00 a week.

Cons

Long hours and no work life balance. They sell you a dream of being a "manager", but all you are is a cashier.

Pros

Technologically advanced Managers are competent not necessarily in dealing with employees though Can get off days quite easily Employees work together with each other trading schedules

Cons

Management are not particularly good with employees There is no employee discount Surveillance does not really add up (watches employees more than customers)
