Over worked and under paid.

Pros

Fairly easy job Managers are usually friendly Holidays are paid at 2x your regular pay

Cons

SSA expects you to work 8 hour shifts and with no scheduled breaks or even a lunch break, If you need a break you are expected to clean the parking lot or bathrooms. Very limited training, Low pay for the job, lousy benefits for a PT worker, they expect you to push sales items that no-one wants. No employee discounts. Just a Speed Rewards card like any ordinary customer.

Fast pace environment that challenges you mentally and physically. Teaches you how to run your own business someday and creates a positive atmosphere.

Cons

Counts are long, the processes they use are old and the hours at times are very long. Need to streamline some of there processes
