Pros

1) Regular customers. 2) Weekly pay.

Cons

1) Low pay for more work. 2) Management is HORRIBLE! 3) The training system is HORRIBLE! There was still a few things that I still didn't know how to do. 4) Overnights was dangerous. You worked by yourself with NO HELP. There's always supposed to be someone working with you just incase there will be robberies. 5) Since you're usually working by yourself, you have to try to get EVERYTHING done before the manager comes. There was always customers coming into the store causing you to delay your side work. The longest it's been since no customers showed up for me was 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES! There's supposed to be 2 people working so that one worker cashiers and the other does side work. 6) There was always people stealing. 7) People overdosed in the bathrooms, doing drug deals in the mens bathroom and caused the ceiling to collapse. 8) You do not get a break working an 8, 9, or 10 hour shift WHATSOEVER! 9) THE COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR WELLBEING! Do not work for Speedway at this location! 2501 Hennepin Ave.
