Over worked and under paid.

Pros

Weekly pay, good benefits, everyone should have a speedy rewards card it's a good program.

Cons

Not enough hours to run stores, they determine your hours by transactions, they don't account for deliveries, stocking coolers, cleaning equipment and their own food program, which is a lot of stress on management. Work load is too much for the hours they give to work with. Making it harder to reach company goals for bonuses for management and hourly employees. I love what I'm doing but getting burned out .

Better than average benefits. Pay was decent for management. Not csr

Cons

Training is inadequate, long hours, no work and home life balance. DM and SM both felt as though the company should be first not one's family.

I can't think of any

Cons

A co-manager is basically there to clean disgusting bathrooms and stock a very cold walk in cooler. It is a nasty job, and requires 10 hours per day on your feet.
