They kept me on the shift I asked for. They let me sit down when it was slow.

Cons

Almost every piece of electronics or equipment what they had broke down repeatedly. The food machines, the safe, the cooler, the slush machine, the coffee machine, etc. I remember at one point eight of the machines were broken. It smelled like raw sewage because there was something going on with the sewage/septic. Customers frequently complained about the smell. Low pay standing on concrete floors for eight hours. Did the work that should definitely have been spread over two employees. (Apparently they previously had two employees per shift, but cut back to one during Covid; and figured out they could operate with a skeleton crew.) No way to contact managers during an emergency. Forced to purchase candy from them so the managers could win some kind of contest. They scheduled people to work on holidays without talking to them about it, apologizing, or even acknowledging that it ever happened. Required to stay past shift if the next person didn’t show up on time.
