Pros

Good benifits, pay, and guaranteed hours for management.

Cons

They constantly move you around. 9 times out of 10 you are taken out of training way too early and you are expected to know everything. GM's are pretty much non existent and can get away with anything. Everything is put off on half trained AM and LAMs. Favoritism is very apparent with District Managers. Dont plan to work here long because there's a reason why there's a constant revolving door on staff.

No breaks, Constantly chaotic, Have to work shift if there's a call-in(regardless of time).

They say you get bonuses but the new way they figure you get less then ast manager
