Poor Pay, No breaks if don't smoke, rude customers

Here's the bad thing. Managers don't manage their drivers. If drivers screw up they don't say anything, they just give you bad reviews and steal your bonuses. They look for ways to screw the drivers and show their power. The drivers have no say in the way jobs are done. You do it their way or the highway. Since Speedway takeover truckstops have gone down hill. The Speedway way. Dirty fuel islands and pumps, dirty showers, store managers that just don't care. They were that way before leaving the south years ago and now it right back to where it was. It won't last long, Marathon will step in and straighten it out or get rid of them. Very unhappy work force, drivers included.
