Pros

Hard to have any pros when you see an Unethical work place .it created a very stressful work environment. Very young managers who play games with people's lively hood .

Cons

Not enough employees for you to preform your duties or give the outstanding customer service the customers deserve and the company requires.

Pros

Fast-paced environment where we meet a lot of interesting people. If you're at a store long enough, customers will get to know you and start to treat you like family (though they could be the drunk uncle).

Cons

As with every company, there are down sides. Depending on your position, it can be hard finding time with your family. But for the most part, management will work around your schedule so you can do so. GMs aren't required to work Sundays but do work 50 hour weeks. Co-Managers do work weekends, not all though, and have 50 hour weeks as well.

Pros

Location was great. You have to go to Lansing for training. But they pay for everything. ( mileage, hotel, food and it's paid training).

Cons

Shifts are either 5am to 3pm or 3pm to 11:30pm. Poor in store training. Pay more then sucks.
