Pros

My time with Spiff was one of the highlights of my career. The people are amazing and the enthusiasm is infectious. I still wear all my swag proudly and sing the praises of the company and it’s product. The overall company culture is amazing. Competitive pay and benefits def a plus!

Cons

Being a small company, there are a few pockets of favoritism. Also, some of the positivity can honestly be too much and impedes people from having real coaching conversations. Sometimes, opportunities to improve professionally are overlooked due to the favoritism and fear of conflict. I ultimately left because I am a lover of all feedback, but that rubbed some the wrong way and hindered my ability to do what I was hired to do: innovate.

- Incredible culture. In a remote-first environment, Spiff does an incredible job to keep employees happy and connected. - Exciting product and growth. - Competitive compensation. - Fast paced environment and product. I truly feel at home with Spiff. I'm very grateful to be a part of this team, and looking forward to what we can achieve. It's a great place to work, and the perfect environment a startup can have.

Cons

The health benefits could be better, as well as a 401k match.
