I've been at Spiff for 4 months now and have seen how much potential and spirit the people at this company have. The product solves a real business need and leaders generally trust and give their team the freedom to solve issues as they see best. I have loved working for Spiff so far and collaborating with talented people who are dedicated to making the culture and employee experience the best it can be.

Cons

No major cons besides the typical organizational and economic pains of an early-stage startup.

Pros

Spiff has a strong culture of performance. It isn't for everybody--lots of hard work and intense conversations and sometimes debates but everybody is all in. The management team is experienced. It's supportive culture but it's definitely a performance culture.

Cons

Like I said it's not for everybody. Spiff has a unique high-performance culture.
