Spiff's executive leadership is amazing. They have an incredible drive between building an amazing business without compromising ethical standards.

Cons

Startups are hard. Spiff is no exception. Like every company Spiff has areas in which it could improve, both in culture and process. Fortunately the very core of Spiff culture is accepting that we can always improve and do better.

This is a great company! There is constantly things changing. The team is great- so many amazing people and I am really enjoying working with them. There have been some changes on sdr leadership which is good or bad depending on who you are. It is good for me because I am learning more and getting better to make more moeny but its more work and the vibe changed from laid back to not.

Cons

There were some people who were let go and I understand why but it was a bummer to see them go.
