Pros
The people here are amazing. My team easily has the most talented group of engineers, designers, and product thinkers that I’ve worked with in my career, and yet they are also very kind and humble, and care about pushing each other to do their best work. It’s a rare combination, and very motivating to work in that environment every day. Leadership is very transparent, isn’t afraid to be challenged, and often encourages dissenting opinions and hard questions in public forums. The CEO talks about wanting Spiff to be the highlight of our careers, and that has definitely been the case for me.
Cons
At times there’s a bit of a struggle between the startup mentality that was and the larger company backgrounds of some members of the team.
