Pros

I like to work at Spin because it's one of the most honest companies I've seen on the micromobility field. Also, I like very much that they take into account all my opinions and that from the first day I got the feeling that they trusted me 100%.

Cons

On my case, maybe loneliness but that's something that I think we will be able to overcome once we launch some markets.

Pros

Some people are great, not many.

Cons

The company has a toxic work culture that allows drinking on the job, sexual harassment, and even discrimination. I have never seen a company unwilling to take a hard stance against its management team even when indisputable evidence is presented. The fact your manager over the Phoenix market is still there doing these harmful things is shocking.

Pros

I applaud company leadership for choosing an all W2 model instead of relying on gig contractors and franchisees like the rest of the industry. Leadership is transparent and you easily have access to other team projects. There's plenty of room to grow if you're willing to roll up your sleeves.

Cons

The company is still going through growing pains and every team is incredibly busy!
