We appreciate the time you took to share your perspectives on working at Spin. It is good to hear that there are some positives. But clearly, it sounds like we have some work to do to gain your trust and confidence -- the good news is, the leadership team is actively working hard on several areas that you mentioned. I am hopeful that with some new programs and further building our team, product and approach, we will only add more incentive for talented individuals to stay or join us at Spin and achieve more together.
