Pros

The company is growing like crazy and my co-workers are amazing to work with. The work is challenging and the office environment is so comfortable and fun! We work very hard, but I have a great work life balance. I enjoy learning about new products with in SpinFusion's product bundle and how to best support those new features.

Cons

Sometimes there isn't enough time in the day to get all of the work done.

The employees are all very cool to work with

Senior management has no idea what it's doing. Owner will hire anyone with any sort of technical background (whether or not it's relevant to the job), and throw them in the fire. If the new hire can't figure out the intricacies of Spinfusion's 100% proprietary software, the ins and outs of MySQL queries, management will tell him/her that they're not trying hard enough or that they're stupid. The owner is condescending as all get out and narcissistic to boot. He knows the product (he built it) and makes everyone else feel like incompetent children for not understanding it in just a few weeks. Everything that's been said by previous reviewers is true, the management at Spinfusion is a nightmare.

The people you'll work with are great! Fun and friendly.

Cons

11 hour days, everyone is afraid they'll be fired at any moment, no training platform, no senior staff for support, owner is arrogant and narcissistic and will speak down to you constantly. Owner has no idea how to actually RUN a business.
