Pros

People, diversity of clients, lack of accountability, flexibility with deadlines and work, PTO, lack of oversight.

Cons

Lack of management, lack of organizational structure that matches any other successful agency, lack of leadership with any experience, lack of a CEO, lack of a COO, lack of staff planning, lack of accountability. This company is a mess and the layoffs, lack of standard company setup, client attrition and employee unrest are a result.

We’re glad you valued the people, flexibility of work, and time away from work provided to our team members. Our recent organizational structure changes included many difficult decisions but we would not have made them if we didn’t believe they were going to set our teams and leaders up for success moving forward. We appreciate your honesty in your feedback.

The Most Kind & Uplifting Coworkers

Pros

As a former employee, I am shocked at the negative reviews. Having worked at multiple agencies, Spinutech has the kindest and smartest team members I have ever seen. The best part about Spinutech was its foundational “Get Better Everyday” mantra which pushed me to elevate myself month after month. Diverse client work, the ability to own my desk, and the collaborative environment was second to none. My team made me feel indefinitely valued.

Cons

The cons solely have to do with business climate and a few individuals higher up in the food chain. Every single company is experiencing hardships right now. Spinutech is not alone in this predicament. Layoffs are not personal - the company simply has to be profitable. That being said, client retention will increase insurmountably if stronger people are put at the VP level. The core issue is that solutions and strategies that are devised at the highest level are not carried all the way down. Spinutech needs leaders who can connect strategies, people, and roadmaps. Lastly, Spinutech needs to get back to its roots - its core values and culture. The initial core values and culture is what connected everyone and facilitated a positive and productive environment. Be cautious when reading the negative reviews. Those reviews are likely the response of layoffs which are understandable as people have families and bills to pay. With time, Spinutech will find its footing again. I just know it.

Pros

Joining this company is the worst decision you could make for your career. The negative reviews here are 100% true and resonate with the collective experiences at spinutech. I was underpaid, overworked, and undervalued.

Cons

I don't even know where to start. This company drained my mental and physical health, all while losing culture, big clients, and great team members.
