Pros

Cool initial concept for satellite constellation.

Cons

Everything else. Severe organizational dysfunction spread across teams in different countries. Questionable business model. Incompetent middle managers. Likely headed for the new space graveyard. Securities fraud and lawsuits.

Interesting projects, poor management

Pros

The projects are very interesting technologically and you can learn a lot about the industry. Very smart engineers in the Glasgow office.

Cons

- overpromising management, overworked and underappreciated engineers - so much tech debt in engineering that it disrupts so many teams, there are are major issues to firefight almost every week - management tracks employees' office attendance in a very opaque way, even used in career discussions - Enforces 3-days-in-the-office attendance even though most of the day you'll be in a single booth in Teams meetings with people working at different places - budgets for employee wellbeing are cut in the name of profitability
