Pros

- Good working environment - new and innovative ideas for product is always encouraged by top management - also encouraging employees for technical growth - working hours flexibility. - very experienced and technical team members - good work-life balance

Cons

- There is no extra perks, awards, recognition, gifts or Bonus. - You won't get anything except salary. - No benifits for WFH as well like telephone allowances, one time WFH setup.

Pros

Good pay and get to wear a lot of hats. Some managers are great but upper management needs work

Cons

High turnover and extremely fast-paced. Sometimes feel undervalued by upper management. Fairly disorganized with projects and constantly working on things last minute
