There used to be Pros, but those days are long gone

Cons

Very Toxic company to work for. HR is useless, if you bring something to their attention, they go back to your boss and tattle. They will not change anything but how you are treated after complaining.. You will be penalized one way or another in the end. They say they want feedback, but they dont if you are honest. CEO is out of touch and only cares about money. Management is terrible, just "yes men" they will stab you in the back at any moment if it benefits them. Seasoned employees are angry and sub par, but they play the game management has created. No chance for advancement.

Pros

It has an amazing location and facility.

Cons

Management is terrible as of the last time I worked there. The CEO was horrible. Once they sold their company to a conglomerate, the whole of the company threw away its values.

At Spireon we take pride in successfully training and onboarding our employees. We encourage all new hires to ask questions along the way if they are unclear about our systems and processes. We take pride in having a leadership team who is approachable and always willing to help. However, we do expect that candidates possess the minimum skills required for the job and as represented to us during the interview process. Unfortunately, not every candidate is a perfect match and both parties are better off parting ways.
