Pros

Lots of new technology - no shortage of work. Ok benefits, not the greatest but not the worst

Cons

My experience was watching high turnover in several departments. Working 60+hrs/week for over a year. Very disorganized. If you're not a C-level then you're just cannon fodder for long work hours.

Pros

Maybe the coffee ? the best I can think of when I left

Cons

This company used to be awesome before big private equity firm came in (Bertram Capital). Then those people involved in buying shoe shop, start teaching us about technologies, imposed their own vision , criticize everything that was not their, fired people who knew the business, replaced them by complete idiots... In 6 months they turned a good company into a complete hell. Most of our bonus, compensation promised have been drawn into BS management complexity, reforms of status etc in conclusion a lying dishonest company that will promise you the moon but will give you only humiliation in return.

Thank you for your candid feedback. Spireon has been undergoing a significant organizational and technological transformation as we reinvent ourselves into an innovative growth technology company. We realize this can be difficult for some individuals that become accustomed to the status quo or experience challenges during the transformative stage we are in. We value our employees and we invite them to be part of shaping the changes necessary to create an environment of high performance. These transformations take some time and it will not always be a smooth ride. However, we are committed to and have been investing in our employees to help them perform at a higher level today, and at the same time preparing them for new opportunities in the future.

Pros

About the only thing I can say is paychecks have never been late.

Cons

I have been working here for over 3 years. I thought it was bad 2 yrs ago but now it's even worse if that's possible. Company unable to keep the best employees due to long working hours, unrealistic deadlines, incompetent managers, no rewards or even a "pat on the back". To top it all off no raises to speak of and NO bonuses. Company feels it's a "privilege" for an employee to work here and treats employees as expendable. Constant employee revolving door. Company ONLY concerned with profitability so the company looks attractive to be sold.
