Management finally cleaned out some of the cruft and is still committed to changing the culture. Just need some more new blood in key positions and the company will succeed.

Cons

The culture change will take time given the lack of critical mass at this moment.

I honestly can't say anything good about this company.

Cons

I've worked for this company for a year and a half and it is definitely the worst, most dishonest company I've ever worked for. They lied to me at the interview and once I accepted the job the truth started to surface. They can't seem to pay their employees on time and often try and sneak in ways to not pay you. Everyone is stressed and management is horrible. They actually reprimanded me for calling in the day my child was born. This is not a good company to work for!
