Pros

The old team. Great company to work for in the beginning, until Bertram Capital Group got involved. Most of those wonderful people are now gone so there's not a lot of Pros to mention. If you work on the marketing team you will find some Pros to say, because as you see here on glassdoor, the only good things come from the marketing team, this is to protect their image. They are asked by the Leadership of the company to come here and say something nice or good.

Cons

New leadership is dishonest, passes the buck, points fingers. We will see in the upcoming years what happens with this company. Handle objectives with lies.

Pros

The people who are hanging on.

Cons

Very painful to see how stressed everyone is. They are trying to create transparency within the organization. However, it appears that new leadership does not practice what he preaches.

Pros

There are many changes happening at Spireon with the shift in management and I, for one, am very excited about the possibilities now. Although it may be shaking up the house a bit for many, it's what I would call "cleaning the house" - and I think this has been long over due. Finally, we are focused on process, infrastructure and building high performance teams - exactly what any company at our stage needs to reach its next level.

Cons

There is a lot to be done. And where I am normally energized when I can multi-task, all of this focus on documenting the building blocks, doing many business reviews without the right tools and resources in place, makes it extremely difficult to perform. I am, however, optimistic that this is an interim symptom.
