      Excellent job security, annual Christmas 'bonus' is a GIFT from the residents determined by hours worked throughout the year, annual Christmas gift from the company is different & thoughtful every year, excellent friendly & reliable staff in every department, annual raises/ reviews

      Can take a while for toxic workers to get fired due to needing a list of evidence/ repeated reports of instances

      Pay, food, financial help for school, Christmas bonus

      Cons

      Over worked, short staffed, management , lack of training, no flexibility. Was working part time with roughly 40 hours a week….. also made a big deal about my availability (I was hired under these circumstances).

      Management could use some work no regards to your school schedule Very biased to certain servers (favoritism) some rules apply to some servers and not others
