      Good place to work for a couple of years

      Good pay, good benefits, and good co-workers. It's a great place to work while going to school and offers tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      After you get a degree there isn't much room to move up, you are stretched thin as they try to save money to stay on minimal budget. Everything has to be approved from Illinois.
