People are very enthusiastic about Splice's product and they care deeply about their roles. Music is the center of Splice and the talent on every team is impressive. The company is actively working towards improvement and has transparent communication and many ways for people to give feedback.

Cons

Many people here aren't used to a corporate environment, and as the company is making (much needed) improvements towards being a high performing org, many individuals aren't taking the changes well.
