Will use salary to make you say yes but will use it against you when you do not follow them. 6. Only have short-term or band-aid solutions for problems. 7. Finance and Admin people only stay no longer than 7 months.

Their response: “and you still decided to join?” I guess it seemed like a joke at the time but the truth is that if you care about quality of life, having any degree of focus or purpose, or having any possibility for growth in your job, avoid splice like the plague.
