Pros

This company has an amazing culture like no other and I have been in the industry for a long time. They truly put people first and care about their well being, safety (both physically and psychologically) and development. This is a behavior you will see that transcends from c-suite, all leadership and throughout the entire organization. The culture is amazing as it's built on a foundation of "Culture Add," baseline where everyone is accepted for their authentic self and individuality.

Cons

None - It's truly a great place to work and wonderful culture. All employees work hard and are super dedicated because they love the company, culture and just want to give their best everyday.

They have an awesome product and a passionate team. Really the people make that place.

Leadership is maybe too influenced by investors and could be prioritizing better long term decisions for the platform other than the core income streams.

While I'm not one to write reviews, I felt compelled to share my recent experiences at Splice. This team is something different, something special. They live their company values, which are clearly articulated during the interview process. Management has done an incredible job leading through quarantine, and even more so during the recent protests and calls for social change. I've never seen such authentic leadership from the top and participation from the team at all levels. I'm very happy to be here, and believe this is the way companies should be operating in 2020 and beyond.

Cons

Not a con at all, but I'd say progressive thinking is a requirement to living the first value of being an inclusive and respectful collaborator. Be ready for a job that is more than just driving business outcomes (Splice is great at that too). If that's not your thing (or you're a racist?) I wouldn't apply.
