Pros

Splice has amazing teams of talented and brilliant people who love music and music making. Its easy to work here when I see we really are creator and user centric at the core.

Cons

No cons to me. Remote work brings the best work life balance in my opinion, and even though personal connection would seem harder with this set up, Splice really fosters an environment of connection.

Pros

-Remote work facilitates a WAY better balance than my past in-person roles -Despite the distance between the team, we work efficiently and respect each other's time & diverse perspectives -Literally everyone here is a musician or music lover! Makes for better discussions about our customer base

Cons

Given the team's size, employees are tasked with being scrappy with bandwidth & resources. I look forward to seeing what we can achieve as we continue to grow.

Pros

- fun product and projects - motivated and smart team members - opportunities to be challenged and grow - ability to partner with various members across the org - unlimited PTO - Splice values their employees - fun events

Cons

- while opportunities are available, sometimes you really have to push for collaboration across teams - having to wear multiple hats may not be for everyone, but that's a byproduct of startup culture - there are times when the company's vision isn't very clear. LT is transparent but the message doesn't always land
