Pros

Pay, stock, and espp all great. Work is challenging and interesting.

Cons

Leadership for some VPs and above went down hill fast after Doug left. Culture went from amazing to horrible over the last couple of years. Bad leadership brought in other bad leaders.

Generally Good if a bit political

Pros

- Good range of teams to work on, so lots of internal mobility and choice. - Interesting product for the most part. - Good benefits and good salaries. - Tried to do the right thing most of the time with regard to DEI etc but sometimes fell short.

Cons

- Higher level leadership was a little political, a lot of career managers which could make some meetings a big waste of time or exercise in trying to undercut one another. - Lots of rest and vest at multiple levels, some colleagues were very disengaged.
