      Great comp, great benefits, good technology

      Cons

      Ridiculously high attrition rates so constant churn. Extremely political environment. Leadership changes and reorgs every few months. Fire drill culture with awful work life balance particularly in the Finance team.

      Cannot seem to think of any right now. They give us 3 days off for 4th of July?

      Leadership is an absolute mess, no direction, parts of the business failing right in front of them but nothing being done. Underpaid although one of the "best" companies out there. Political culture, do not ask questions or you look dumb, dont bring anything up or else you are looked at as complaining. Just be quiet and suck it up.
