Pros

-People who truly want to believe in the technology -People who work hard -Strong IPO -Many user groups and marketing events

Cons

-The worst managerial staff in technology -Easily the most under qualified HR and administrative staff -I can do this with open source technology -I left because the product is no longer competitive. As a result management is trying very hard to save and cut corners, making employees' lives miserable. Warning to anyone looking to join the sales team.

Pros

High growth, smart people and a company that is at the top of its market

Cons

Some of the VPs have questionable ethics, agreeing to bring on people but then cutting their employment right before their start date after the have already given notice to their former employer because someone "new" came in the front door.

Pros

The benefits are excellent, but it makes sense because they run you into the ground.

Cons

They use token POC on rotation to act like they are invested in belonging, but this is an illusion. Employee Relations is a joke. Nothing is done about toxic leadership. If you bring things forward, be prepared to be out of a job within a year. If you sift through these reviews, you will see a similar sentiment. People are getting paid well into 6 figures to do 0 work while others on the team are literally slaving. Workload and work-life balance do not exist. I left the company with PTSD, anxiety and depression, to which I now take medication for.
