Pros

The product is excellent. In general, the company has many perks like 1 PTO Day/quarter, $500 in perks every quarter, 2 PTO days around July 4th and 5 PTO days between Christmas and New Years Eve

Cons

The product is expensive compared to other competitors, so sometimes is difficult to start a conversation with a new client because price is an issue. I had a bad experience with a coworker who had nasty interactions with me. I reported to the management team, nothing was done and even when HR was involved nothing was done either. At the end, I was the one who lost the job. Their speech about equality, value the person and healthy and caring work environment was just a speech nothing happens in real life.

Pros

Good compensation and perks, work-life balance, WFH policy, and benefits.

Cons

Not a lot of career growth or internal mobility—even laterally. Programs and training push "taking control of your career," but if managers and the people team don't support hiring from within, promotions, job rotations, etc., there's not much you can do to advance on your own. Promotions are extremely hard to come by. There's no real consistency in who gets promoted or why. The hierarchy is strong and management can get surprisingly micro-"managey.' It takes a long time for a proposed change or idea to move forward. There's no, hey, let's give that a go, and if it doesn't work, we'll try something else or go back to the way it was.

Much worse than a year ago and very toxic now

Pros

You can do your own thing at all times and tee up a ton of stuff.

Cons

No vision. New executive leadership is inexperienced and faking it while they destroy everything they touch. Nothing ever gets shipped and everything is now top down. If you ask clarifying questions or idea share you will be pulled aside and called insubordinate. Team meetings now consist of exec talking about how smart they are and everyone else is around just to be seen so they keep their job. Its every man for themselves now with 0 career growth opportunities. Best way to describe it is - toxic and on the verge of becoming a career killing organization.
