Splunk's culture is the best of any company I've ever worked at Pay is above average Product is best-in-class They hire great people Great opportunity for career advancement Quotas have been reasonably attainable in my experience
Cons
From where I'm at, it seems like upper management has no idea where we are going and how we are going to continue growing. There is too much change to the point where it creates more random work for reps that is not conducive towards driving ARR The sales training is terrible Sales enablement feels non-existent Marketing department does not communicate well with sales at all
