      Great Product Some nice perks (i.e. fully stocked kitchen, complimentary breakfast & lunch)

      Tough to integrate into the "old regime". Lacks an environment of trust or collaboration Environment can be hostile Many leaders are not open to new ideas or ways of doing things Cronyism and unprofessionalism is rampant

      Great product, customers generally happy other than with the pricing. Free food. Good share options. Growing company expanding year on year.

      Cons

      A number of the management team were in the right place at the right time. VP's are put on a pedestal but offer little in return. Salaries not the best considering the growth of the company and the management share options.
