Pros

Great product and forward looking strategy for growth, customer love the product, market leader in the big data analytics space and moving to multiple businesses from being a single product company.

Cons

Like any hyper growth software company the internal politics can get pretty frustrating and ugly but the middle management is actually pretty great and customer focus is prominent across the various organizations which more than makes up for the politics.

Pros

Great managers, - have your best interest in mind. Lead system is tremendous, plenty of reasons to call. Work/life balance excellent.

Cons

Can get overwhelmed with all that is needed to get done each day. In a growing company, growing companies have pains, to be expected High expectations can take a toll on those who are not ready put in the work needed.

Splunk Response

Thank you very much for your review! We are certainly experiencing some growing pains given Splunk’s hyper-growth and we don’t anticipate it will slow down. Our employees are our greatest asset and we are continuously working on tools, resources and training to help them be successful. So, very timely feedback, and much appreciated.
