      Pros

      Dedicated team of talented engineers working to continuously improve and grow an innovative service/product. Catered food and stocked kitchens. Leadership team is sincere and workplace is full of passionate people. Fun social events. Comprehensive training tools provided and supported.

      Cons

      Tenured employees are reluctant of change and embracing new ideas if they didn't come up with it themselves, whether it be engineering or HR. Interdepartmental "Us" vs. "Them" mentality. Some managers quick to terminate team members for not agreeing with them. Frequent drinking games (this might be a 'Pro' for others).

      Great culture, good compensation, expanding product line, fun place with long term potential

      Cons

      Culture not as open as it once was. Mgmt team is in flux and communication about that is poor.

      Customers love the product. Lots of challenging problems to work on. Security area is growing. Feels like you are making a difference.

      Cons

      Open to new ideas. Take more technology risks. Enable more collaborations. Make it easier to share knloedge.
