Pros

Mostly remote work. Shutterfly gives money away to employees for them to buy photos or cards. The quality is still not great, but you can get Christmas cards with the Shutterfly logo on the back for free.

Cons

Continuous cycle of people, strategies, and structure. It's not "fast-paced" it's toxic leadership. Spoonflower has really been stripped of it's beliefs and brand in exchange for "shareholder profit." It's a classic private equity takeover. Product and brand perception has really gone down hill.

Not What It Was

Pros

Decent Pay Comparatively Paid Holidays

Cons

No communication between management. All the creatives either quit or were laid off by Shutterfly. Corporatization destroyed the original values of the company and took away everything special about working there. Management would promise promotions and never follow through. Different departments handled discipline and rules differently. Perks advertised when hired were slowly taken away until there were none left.
