      A young company that cares, yet still has growing to do.

      Pros

      This company cares a lot about its employees. They encourage life outside of work and reward the truly driven and hungry people within.

      Cons

      It is a young company in a ever changing market that didn't exist 15 years ago. There are naturally going to be growing pains while trying to innovate and stay relevant.

      Friendly, compassionate work environment

      Pros

      I've never worked anywhere where I liked my coworkers and managers so much. The work environment is friendly, managers are compassionate, and you can just be yourself here. It is hard work, it is a factory environment- but somehow we manage to still make it fun. There are a lot of opportunities to grow as well, if you are a dedicated worker. The company culture is very progressive, and inclusiveness is very important here.

      Cons

      If you are not prepared for a lot of physical labor, being on your feet most of the time and lifting heavy objects, this is probably not the job for you. It can be really exhausting.

      Pros

      Amazing staff. They actually care about their employees. They take all your words into consideration. A lot of room for growth if you work hard and show effort.

      Cons

      None. Honestly a great place to work. No complaints. I left for other career opportunities.
