Sport Clips does have structure in order to maintain a consistent experience for every client, every time. However, our processes are a guide and not meant to overshadow anyone's personality. I can see how that could be miscommunicated and I am sorry if that is the case. Each store is owned and operated by a different franchisee, so compensation and management are unique to each location.
