      Pros

      The 5 point play is great system to follow. Casual uniform is great.

      Cons

      The team leaders are not consistent through out the company. Some team leaders pay significantly less than others and offer different benefits which makes it VERY difficult to keep staff from transferring between team leaders.

      Pros

      Tips are okay but I do not expect them. Different type of customer every time.

      Cons

      Lack of progressing through the levels aka. chances of becoming a assistant manager. Lack of team work by ALL employees. 15 mins for the perfect haircut? I don't think so, especially when I am being timed for each haircut and being criticized that it took me extra 5 minutes. I do understand that haircuts should not take forever to finish the perfect look. No mats for the stylist's feet since we do have to stand all day long, without these mats they do hinder ability to go faster and faster as my location I worked at ran the business. Also the product pushing. . . It seemed they wanted you to sell the entire stock and then some otherwise you are criticized to the maximum for not doing your job, even if you have never had any complaints and you pretty much make sure everybody is ready for the day consistently i.e. the towels,stations, etc.
