      I have amazing owners! I enjoy that my ideas are listened to. Growth with in the company is huge for me, it allows me to make a career!

      Pros

      Great tips, Fun clients, Paid training classes offered. The Annapolis, MD location where I work is #1 in the Mid-Atlantic Region!

      Cons

      Hard work, extremely busy salon with lots of clients! Very organized and structured environment- which I personally like, but some may not.

      Very good manager, she leads the team and create a very friendly store. Clients are very nice, tip is good and has 5 days paid vacations.

      Cons

      I didn't find any issues, but I left because my husband was moved to another city.
