Pros

- Great colleagues and good environment at work - Usually, it`s easy to manage the schedule - Fast growing company (with lot of growing pain as well) - Good structure, with good job opportunities and some chances of growing in the company - Smart people in front of the office and the company

Cons

- Paycheck is not great, enough is the word the comes to mind - Heavy politicized structure, where you can sometimes get lost inside and it`s very difficult to share improvement ideas with the managers. - Trying to have startup culture, but missing it totally. Unfortunately, it looks more like an old heavy structured company -Company culture is weak, and it`s definitely something that needs to be improved

Cons

- Communication between offfices is sometimes lacking and you get a feeling of "them" and "us" - Integration of new offices/companies often has some teething problems
