Pros

Great team! Great manager and transparency

Cons

Job opportunity is very unstable and employees are constantly afraid of been made redundant. I would suggest you find a different company if you are looking for long term position with growth opportunities

Pros

You get non contributory pension and gym membership

Cons

Racist awful company that likes to abuse employees. They are now in the midst of a scandal with mass layoffs and their stock went down by 50%. Treat ethnic minority employees with contempt and bullying while favouring white employees

Pros

Good colleagues (generally will find that in most places however), lots of social activities, new office space in London, pension contribution is good.

Cons

Incoming 5-day office policy, lack of flexibility meaning no work-life balance, global redundancies, salary should be better for the industry, bonus scheme structure is poor (effectively have to justify your job).
