Pros

Genuinely decent bunch of staff, interesting if you love betting, possible to gain vital experience relatively quickly.

Cons

Salary is abysmal and financial incentives awful. High turnover in staff as people reach a threshold where there can’t earn anymore or progress any further without someone higher up the food chain moving on.

Pros

Global Opportunities. This company has the potential to be the google of sport and be the pioneers of the Sports Data Industry.

Cons

Have to wait for a higher ranked employees to leave to seize opportunities for promotion. No reward system for loyalty.

Pros

Table Tennis, Darts, some very nice people, central location, nice office overall and easy job.

Cons

Old school management methods, a very hierarchical organisation more worried about time keeping than actual skills and contribution to the company (which probably is the main reason behind the tremendous amount of office politics). In the Risk department, people eventually either get tired and leave, or settle to the same daily tasks, put their heads down and wait for someone to leave (or for the company's clients' growth) to hope for a promotion.
