Pros

Great market and the product seems to be getting better. Also the frontline managers are ballers!

Cons

Upper management doesn’t care about reps, current VP doesn’t have social awareness. You’d be hard pressed to find anyone in the sales org that supports them. I would recommend talking to some of the new reps, but most have already been “PIP’d” out before they’ve had the chance to ramp. Recently they changed the comp plan and have made it almost impossible to hit. Honestly the only thing holding the sales org together is the frontline managers. Without them, the sales team would have left already.

Pros

Coworkers are fantastic. Frontline managers are top notch and always have their reps backs, even when upper management couldn’t care less.

Cons

Where to begin. The founders are obsessed with pleasing and looking good for their investors at any cost to their employees and customers. They refuse to honor agreements with customers and have destroyed our reputation. When I started at spot we had lots of happy customers but now all I hear is complaints. Spot is always reactive to situations vs being proactive when it comes to doing the right thing.

Pros

Fairly decent health premiums. Could be better.

Cons

Everything. The founders are cowards and inexperienced. They clearly went shopping for their upper leadership in the clearance section. The founders are aware and allow sexism from their upper leadership. The sales team has been subject to highly inappropriate and offensive behavior. They have also been emotionally abused and made to work in a hostile environment. The founders think that handing out two PS5s will distract the sales floor from the fact that they are allowing the behavior. The founders and HR sadly are a joke. They have hired one bad egg after the next and put all of their trust in them. Incompetent. Negligent. They will not protect you.
